Dr. Tom Hauge, DDS

Dr. Hauge received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1996, and has been practicing dentistry in the Osceola area ever since. Dr. Hauge strives to keep up with the latest and greatest advances in techniques and technology with many hours of continuing education, including advanced training in Cerec 3D technology for same day in office crowns. He has recently acquired the newest in digital dental x-ray equipment with the purchase of a 3D cone beam scan machine, which will greatly help in the design and placement of implants.

Dr. Hauge and his wife Carla, have been married for 22 years, and have four beautiful children. In his free time, Dr. Hauge likes to hunt, fish, golf and coach his children’s many different athletic teams.

Dr. Casey Chantelois, DDS

Name: Casey A. Chantelois – born in Idaho Falls, ID – grew up and went to school in Osceola, WI

Education: University of Wisconsin – River Falls – B.S. ACS Chemistry – 2005, University of Minnesota School of Dentistry – D.D.S. – 2013

Work history: After graduating from River Falls, I worked at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN doing therapeutic drug testing for 3-1/2 years prior to starting dental school. Currently, also work part-time in Ellsworth, WI at Shaw Family Dental.

Memberships: ADA, MDA

Hobbies: Reading (favorite book is The Hobbit), watching movies and T.V. (favorite movie is Platoon, favorite T.V. show is Game of Thrones), going out to eat (favorite restaurant is The Nook in St. Paul), bicycling, kayaking, traveling (Mazatlán, MX where my wife and I were married), watching sporting events (favorite teams are Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Twins).

Community Service: Volunteer at my church (Eagle Brooke Church), Mission of Mercy

Family: Wife of nine years – Lauren. 2-year-old son – Louie

Guiding principle: Work hard and treat people like you would like to be treated.

If I wasn’t a dentist, I would be: A hardware store worker, because that is what I did my entire life until I graduated college in River Falls.

Dr. Jordan Dittberner, DDS

Dr. Jordan grew up in Mahtomedi, MN where he currently resides. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Michigan Dental School in 2018 and since then has been a part of the Hauge Dental team. Dr. Jordan believes that each day presents an opportunity to listen and understand. He also continues to stay up to date on the latest techniques and advancements in dentistry by attending continuing education seminars and hands on training sessions.

Dr. Jordan has received his certificate in Orthodontic Training from Rondeau Seminars and offers comprehensive orthodontic treatment for patients.

Outside of the dental office Jordan enjoys golfing, playing hockey and spending time with his wife Kaylee along with their three children Leni, Liza and Ryder.

Dr. Carla Hauge, DDS

Dr. Taylor Lundquist

Dr. Taylor grew up in Battle Lake, MN. She completed her undergraduate and master’s degree at North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. After school in North Dakota Dr. Taylor moved to Indianapolis, Indiana where she attended Indiana University School of Dentistry and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2020. She practiced in central Wisconsin for 2 years before moving to western Wisconsin. Dr. Taylor loves to educate her patients in oral health care, and is a firm believer your overall health begins in the mouth. She loves to see her patients improve their oral health and thrive.

Memberships: American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry Dr. Taylor and her husband Mike love to travel, hike, cook, eat, play bar trivia, play volleyball, and binge watch Netflix. They have 2 dogs Olive and Joe.
