Our Team

Tom Hauge, DDS

Dr. Hauge received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota in 1996, and has been practicing dentistry in the Osceola area ever since. Dr. Hauge strives to keep up with the latest and greatest advances in techniques and technology with many hours of continuing education, including advanced training in Cerec 3D technology for same day in office crowns. He has recently acquired the newest in digital dental x-ray equipment with the purchase of a 3D cone beam scan machine, which will greatly help in the design and placement of implants.

Dr. Hauge and his wife Carla, have been married for 22 years, and have four beautiful children. In his free time, Dr. Hauge likes to hunt, fish, golf and coach his children’s many different athletic teams.

Jordan Dittberner, DDS

Dr. Jordan grew up in Mahtomedi, MN, where he currently resides with his family. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2018 and has been a part of the Hauge Dental team ever since.

Dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, Dr. Jordan believes that every day presents a new opportunity to listen to his patients and understand their individual needs. He is committed to staying at the forefront of dental advancements, regularly attending continuing education seminars and hands-on training sessions.

In addition to general dentistry, Dr. Jordan has received his certificate in Orthodontic Training through Rondeau Seminars. He offers comprehensive orthodontic treatment, including both traditional braces and clear aligner therapy.

Outside the office, Dr. Jordan enjoys golfing, playing hockey, and spending quality time with his wife, Kaylee, and their five children: Leni, Liza, Ryder, Reese, and Deacon.

Carla Hauge, DDS

Dr. Carla grew up in Maplewood, MN. After completing her undergraduate degree in psychology at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. Carla practiced dentistry in downtown St Paul with her father until he retired in 2012. Ever since she has worked part time at Hauge Dental Care, where she loves developing relationships, helping patients achieve great oral care and a confident smile.

Outside of the office, Dr. Carla enjoys spending time with her husband Tom & their four children, cheering the kids on in their activities and traveling.  She has been an active member of the Rotary Club of St Paul since 1997, serving as President in 2015-2016. She volunteers at her church & kids’ school, attends bible studies, walks, practices yoga and spends time outdoors with friends & family whenever possible!

Taylor Lundquist

Dr. Taylor has a passion for helping patients feel confident and cared for in every stage of their oral health journey. A proud graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry (Class of 2020), she believes that overall wellness starts in the mouth — and that a healthy smile can be a gateway to a healthier life. Whether it’s preventive care, restorative treatment, or simply helping a patient feel at ease in the chair, her goal is to build trust and long-term relationships with every individual she treats.

Outside the office, Taylor enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, hiking, traveling, and playing pickleball. She lives with her husband, Mike, and their two dogs, Olive and Joe — who keep life fun and full of adventure.

Janae Momchilovich, DDS

Dr. Momchilovich is a Stillwater native. She attended Marquette University as a part of the competitive Pre-Dental Scholars Program and received degrees in both Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following dental school, she completed a general practice residency at the VA Hospital in Dallas, TX. While there, she expanded her scope of practice to include: special needs dentistry, hospital based dentistry, sedation, implant placement and complex restorative cases. After practicing out of state, Dr. M and her husband returned to the Twin Cities area in 2023 and are excited to plant roots near where she grew up.

Dr. M’s dental philosophy centers around comprehensive diagnosis and formulating personalized treatment plans to give patients a healthy smile they love. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. While not in the office, Dr. M and her husband enjoy spending time on the water during the summer, hiking, trying new restaurants and watching everything sports. Go Pack Go!

Christopher Coulter, DDS

Dr. Coulter graduated from Marquette University School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He completed his Bachelors of Science from Butler University, Majoring in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. Dr. Coulter strives to continually increase his knowledge of all things dental through continuing education courses, volunteering, and treating each patient with the utmost care and respect. He has also attended the Engel Institute for implantology to further expand his scope of practice.

Dr. Coulter and his wife moved to Minnesota in 2023, and they have spent their time hiking and playing intense cribbage games (he currently is in the lead in overall wins, for now). In the fall, you will catch Dr. Coulter and his wife cheering on the Packers and his hometown college football team of Notre Dame. He loves spending his free time reading World War II literature and hunting for deer in the fall.
